When love feels like a stretch

Life is abundant... so much so that the amount of stuff coming at us these days is far beyond what our nervous systems are designed to handle. But if you're going to live from a place of loving presence, you have to learn how to stop arguing with your nervous system. As you know, I beleive we need more love, not less - all-ways.💜™ But these days, that sometimes feels more of a stretch than ever.

One of the ways this often shows up for folks that tend to follow me is in dealing with the current political environment. We are flooded by shocking news every day. It's a purposeful mechanism to keep you bouncing from fighting, to hiding, to burnout over time.
